Change is Good!
Over the past year, our business has undergone some profound changes that have both tested and strengthened us. One of the most significant challenges we faced was losing a key partner. This unexpected shift forced us to reevaluate, restructure, and push forward with renewed determination. Despite the emotional and operational impact, we stayed committed to our mission—and it paid off. Last summer, we served just four students. This summer, we’re proud to welcome over 40 children through our doors.
That growth didn’t happen by chance. We poured countless hours into revitalizing the old school building we now call home. From scrubbing floors and painting walls to repurposing outdated classrooms into vibrant learning spaces, every inch of this facility reflects our team’s sweat, heart, and vision. The transformation was truly a labor of love—physically demanding but incredibly rewarding.
Adapting to adversity taught us resilience, creativity, and the power of community. Our program is thriving because we stayed focused on what matters: creating a safe, enriching, and joyful space for children to grow. The journey hasn’t been easy, but it has made us stronger—and we’re just getting started.
